ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist2 weeks agoA. hi mom if baby is 1 year old can introduce cows milk and give cows milk 100 ml twice day give curds home made paneer egg or chicken if you eat non veg formula milk not required

We suggest you to give at least 500 ML per day but we also recommended to give more of food to the child because food is essentially more important over milk so three proper meals and you should try to District the amount of 500 ML and if a child wants more you can focus more on food
