Hi, you can start solids when the baby turns 6 months old. you can give rice water, daal water, ragi porridge, sooji kheer, fruit juices, vegetables soup etc. ensure you include all seasonal fruits and vegetables. also try 3 days trial to see if the foods suits the baby and he doesn't have any allergies. thanks

as your child is 6 months old ,and as you have just started to give semisolid food to your child ,it is better to offer food like mung dal ,rice starch which is easy to digest.
then gradually you can start to offer different vegetables , fruit ,rice to your child.
