#asktheexpert what should be the diet chart for a breast feeding mother who doesn't want to get obese! nd reduce previously gained weight?

A. If You eat basic home-cooked food then you are never going to be fat or obese everybody gains during pregnancy and after delivery that’s very normal because you feel so hungry all the time when you are feeding your child so that’s normal so I would advise you to have as much is fibre and proteins into your diet you should for initial six months trust me after delivery you should always focus on eating well and healthy because that is good for you you can shut down your weight later also because when you feed your child and when you deliver your practical you are so weak so you need to eat good to maintain strength and energy into your body
