#AskTheExpert She develops mucus and cough every month it's like a routine. A monthly cycle like cold fever blocked nose cough mucus vomiting which lasts for a week. What can I do to stop this

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. it may be any inf. Cough and cold is due to the seasonal variation or changes in temperature . Mostly it's a viral and will be normal in 3 to 5 days just steam as a home remedy for this. Other montair LC for cold and ascoril for cough can be used

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 5 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it could be allergical problem or it might happen because of low immunity. so , please give Healthy diet. avoid giving cold and sugary food. keep your child well hydrated give Tulsi and ajwain leaves with pinch of salt and Turmeric powder daily in morning.
