#AskTheExpert my son is 3 years old and is having small acne/pimple/ bumps on his face in small no's around mouth and nose from last few weeks. These bumps dry up on their own and so not leave any mark. Any reason why this is happening?

Manali K MehtaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hi parent you may use Sebamede coconut oil to apply around the affected area take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning keep her well hydrated
