#AskTheExpert my daughter Khadija is almost 4yrs now but her diet is too poor. she is mostly dependent on milk for her hunger. whenever asked to eat she says she is not hungry. I don't understand why is it so! please help.

A. Hello mom this is occuring because she is filling her tummy with milk and when milk is taken too much it has a tendency to kill hunger .so firstly limit her milk Intake for more than 2 to 3 times a day set a schedule as well as their meal , milk , snack time
