well better see a doctor.Best will be to consult a doctor there as well who can practically see the patient and help to get a diagnosisSee try to consult to a good pediatrician there who will do a full check up and tell the diagnosis

good morning yes it is possible that the child has become lactose intolerant you are supposed to give any kind of animal milk after completion of 12 months only it might cause these issues
