#AskTheExpert my baby is suffering from mild cough and cold. Although he is able to sleep and eat but he is getting irritated and sometimes crying a lot. Is there any way to treat his problem without medicines?

Cough and Cold along with the symptom like gFever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature otf viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

You can go ahead with nebulising the child but in that also the medicines will be required and also you can give indirect steam and that you don’t have to use a medicine so your child is too small it is your choice now whether you want to go ahead with a proper medication to treat your child without further irritation to the child or you want to try these home remediesWrite Your Answer Here
