A. keep temperature checking 6 hourly.. And give paracetamol drops / syp in proper dose. Fevers higher than 104° F. should be attended to immediately. Dress your child lightly. Use a sheet instead of a blanket to cover her in bed. Breastfeed or give your baby formula often to maintain hydration of body. keep proper hygiene, tcc
