#asktheexpert hi sir my daughter has been having cough from one month taken her to pediatrician twice she gets cough after sleep pls suggest

A. recurring and non resolving cough and cold is commonly due to allergy and less likely due to infection. can be due to either allergy or infection or both. along with cough and cold medicine nebulization will be rxequired and your doctor will guide you regarding this. take a follow up with your doctor if the cough and cold is not improving with 3 days of medication . you can give home remedies like to see honey gxinger and turmeric with milk.

A. Then it could probably be an allergic reaction it’s going to be good for you to get it checked with your doctor for allergy if needed conduct and allergy test and go for further medication based on that
