#AskTheExpert Hi doctor my 4 year old son grinds his teeth for hours mostly during nights. He is a healthy kid (~20kgs) Elders at home suggested giving deworming tablet Is it safe to give deworming tablet? What do you think is the problem with grinding in children usually? Is it true that children have stomach ache when they grind teeth?
