You can give foods like ragi porridge, homemade cerelac, cereal pulse, khichadi, vegetable dal rice, Daliya.
Curd, paneer, cheese
Eggs and non veg foods.
Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food.
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Continue to breastfeed.
Give 3 meals a day and up to half katori every time.
Avoid getting junk foods at your home. Also, avoid processed and packaged foods.
