Q.
3 months old girl baby,I need to know about sleeping postures we need to maintain.Is pillow recommended for a baby.? or a flat surface only..?

Srilakshmi kMom of a 5 m old boy4 weeks agoA. Flat surface is recommended to the baby Upto 6 months. Pillow is not recommended as it makes a bad posture at back neck and it will make the baby breath difficult.

Pillow or no pillow that’s completely your choice as a mom I would recommend you not to use a pillow and when you talk about sleeping ports it should be right then back then left then right then back that left keep changing the position otherwise the head is going to get Flat from one side
