Q.

my due date is 4.03.24, but labour has not started yet. I'm regularly doing all hip opening asanas, walking, deep breathing excersize. what else can be done to start natural labour.

A. First time mom's more likely to be late, so don't panic be calm.

A. better to consult gyne. meri 14 thi lmp n 14 ki raat ko hi hua tha. So don't worry. If want normal delivery then be patient

So you’re estimated delivery date is for you still have three days left so it is not necessary that you are going to get your labour any time soon and sometimes it will be after the estimated delivery date also also so right now there is no problem with that if the labour does not trigger trigger by the 4th then get it checked with your doctor one time
