my newborn baby boy is 29 days old n he is having little red acne what is that is it harmful or norml. n i also used coconut oil for massage isit good

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. baby acne is quite common in newborns. it will appear at two weeks and gradually subside by it's own by the age of two months. keep massagin with your regular oil. keep feeding regularly.maintain hygein.csn use coconut oil.
