My baby girl is 2yrs 4months old she is not playing with other kids, not speaking anything meaningfully, only babbling words. Last year 2020, during lockdown she was with me. So she only identifies mama. And nobody else not even papa. She watched lots of cartoon in TV during that period. When will she start speaking?

You have to talk at least 300 words per day in front of the baby and both her parents should be equally involved . Eventually the baby will learn.
