Q.

my 4 month old baby has millia in face which comes and goes, showed many doctors but couldn't get rid of it, using cetaphil baby lotion and coconut oil for massage.

A. Clean her face every day with warm water and gentle soap. Then dry it very gently. don't rub. use only mild baby skin lotion.. avoid heavy or extra moisturizing creams, Vaseline on skin.
