today I vomited instantly after drinking coconut water. also since the last few days I feel extremely nauseous after drinking coconut water. Is this normal? I am 12 weeks pregnant.

A. Then don’t have coconut water sometimes it doesn’t suit you and actually it is really very high in potassium also as a lot of times during pregnancy women are unable to digest it well so I think you should avoid taking it for the time being
