Q.

My Baby is having fever from yesterday. she is drinking water properly but She didn't pass urine from today morning. what is the reason for that

A. yes doctor. she is 13 months now. I am giving her P125 drops every 6hours once. her temperature was 101.3 when we checked at 10:15AM. how to make her pass urine?

A. , your baby girl is 12 months old and she is having a fever and less peeing so she is having a dehydration due to fever and needs plenty of fluids and glucose water

A. Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if reqffuired in a proper dose . Alternagtive medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations. cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
