Q.
I'm 5 months pregnant relatives say don't eat egg, chicken or meat till 7th month pregnancy as it creates complications. But my gynecologist advised me to eat everything. Whom should I listen to? Can you suggest what to eat and how much to eat in veg or nonveg meals.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and as per my opinion and personal experience of two babies you can have these food too and also better to have only home made and it should be less spicy food. Take care
