I have tubectomy through laproscopy yesterday and having discomfort in my abdomen since yesterday like bloating and mild pain in lower abdomen. Also please advise what are the precautions to be taken? is it fine to walk and sit or have to take complete bedrest

Mam a little bit of rest of course would be good and if you have had this procedure in a day or two then you should check with your doctor what kind of diet and precautions do you need to take because the doctors are going to advise you everything after the procedure
