21 days post c section but my belly still appears pregnant. when and what exercises should i start

A. hi, do not start exercise right now, you can use abdominal belt. you should concentrate on eating healthy food for the first three months instead of weight loss. Continue with breast feeding it helps you to lose weight.

A. hi don't worry about belly weight it will loose slowly don't go on diet to loose belly weight or exercise jus focus. on healthy food as will give your baby good milk. as of belly weight it will loose automically.
