#asktheexpert When should I start doing exercises to reduce my post patrum belly? Can I do exclusively stomach exercises? I have gone through C section

A. you can start doing after 5 to 6 months of delivery If you want to lose the excess weight after delivery you have to do moderate exercises like brisk walking yoga if. possible some jogging also take a lot of fruits and vegetables and adequate water which is important
