when i shall try exercises to reduce belly fat and body weight. And also suggest me some exercises to resuce both.

A. Hi mom It is adviced to start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Then u can start with yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to reduce your belly fat and shed extra kilos from your body. Take care
