Q.

I am a mother of 6 month of baby boy. I want to know that can I start exercises to reduce belly fat. and if yes then which exercises u will suggest me. also I want ask can I join gym now.

A. yes no problem start doing exercises it is already 6 months after surgery Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. you can can join the gym.. start with brisk walking or yoga or low intense exercise at first gradually increase the intensity.. restrict sugar and sweet intake avoid oily and spicy foods
