hi I just want to know post c section whn a mother can start exercises.

A. yes, but after consulting her doctor. Have healthy diet. It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months of delivery. You need to consult your doctor before you get on any routine

Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
