ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. mustard oil is best to massage mother n baby both.. You can use olive oil, seasam oil, almond oil, mustard oil or coconut oil to massage your baby. .

Seema shekharMom of 2 children4 years agoA. For baby mustard oil is best but due to.its smell you can replace with coconut oil ,olive oil also. for mother use olive oil . olive oil.make bones strong in babies and in mother it remove dryness and make skin bright and non sticky.
