Dabur Lal mustard oil are the best to be used during the winter season because when is Ayurvedic strong and the second one is generally very strong as per Indian traditional and how we have seen since growing up but a lot of people prefer these these days so you can go ahead with either of the two otherwise you can try Almond oil or olive oil as per your convenience
