A. dear mum, for healthy weight gain and growth you should give protein rich foods such as eggs, pulses, legumes, curd, paneer, cheese, nuts like almonds, green leafy veg, non veg foods.

A. Height could be somewhere around 3 1/2 to 4 feet or more than that depending upon what was the birth height and the genetics of your child like somewhere around 16 to 17 kg as of now that would be a good weight gain for a four year child
