ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. hello mom height to a very large extent depend on ones family genes , as far as weight is considered they triple it by the age of 1 year and then around 5 years of age it doubles. give them all usual family foods, and gradually increase the quantity and variety.
