summer hack tips for kids for well hydrated

A. Hello good morning !! Yes well hydrated in summers is very important especially in kids. Give waters,hydrated fluids like coconut water, butter milk,sabja seeds water,lemonade with khand (avoid too much sugary juices) ,fruits like water melon,musk melon, citrus fruits(mousambi,lemon),straw berry keep hydrated. Avoid oily ,heavy ,spicy foods and use sunscreen ,re apply when going out side. Avoid going out,play time in high temperature times to avoid sun strokes.
