A. it is in diagnosis of allergic cough cold . here the child will have regular cough and cold which is usually not associated with fever . it increases and decreases but does not get cured completely. dr will give anti allergic medicine usually motelukast / levocetirizine. if its still not improving xthe next line of treatment will be inhaler therapy with mdi / nebulizer. allergy can be environmental (temperature variation -hot to cold weather/ cold water intake / dust / smoke / pollens) , food , chocolate / packet preservatives food and sweet xfood also. body cannot sustain such allergic changes leading to cough cold usually at evening /night and morning.

A. Hello dear parent! Try giving indirect steam inhalation. Apply Babyhug baby rub to your child’s chest, throat, back and feet soles gently twice daily. Complete the course of treatment only as per your doctor’s advice
