hello doctor, My son is 2 yr 3 months old and younger one is 1 yr old.. both are having cold.. their chest is making sound.

A. it need.Any general practitioner can be consulted for same and if possible then specialist as this may require to be seen by doctor with proper examination for further treatment along with some test may be required for the same .

A. good morning give both your children steam inhalation and apply baby Vicks rub on the chest and back it is also advisable that you try to give them a mixture of Tulsi with honey Ginger warm water
