My daughter is 1year old she is having continues cold from last 10-15 i have consulted with my family doctor but its not getting cured.Last 2 months back we got to know in her chest x- ray that she has small eventration in her right diaphragm. May i know plz this continues cold is becoz of the diaphragm reason or no.??

Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated . Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants metvdicine . As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful . Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the symptoms . Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is quite difficult to say anything about it without personally examination and reports evaluation and better to evaluate once again with local child doctor in person and follow the prescription.
