Q.
My baby is 8 month old having cough and cold. Could you pls suggest food in cough and cold. Because he was having suji upma, Apple puree but now he is having cold and cough so everybody told me not to give as both are cold in nature. So pls suggest what i can offer to him in breakfast and lunch.
