My baby is 3 months old and this is my second pregnancy. Post pregnancy I am having serious ankle pain which is not going away even after regular massage. Please advise

Author of questionMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Seems like some confusion there.. as I mentioned i am having ankle pain issues and this is my second pregnancy when my baby is three months old. Since the baby was born i am having ankle pain issues hence seeking advice. I am not currently pregnant

so early
follow your observing doctor..
it takes at least 3 yrs to regain after pregnancy and delivery..
take good care of yourself
