#ask the experts Its been 3 months post my delivery and have pain in my ankle and heels. Difficulty is walking. Post pregnancy it was not there. I am taking calcium supplements and milk twice with protein powder.

A. You should start doing Keagle exercise and continue with the calcium multivitamin and iron supplements for six months to 1 year along with that get yourself checked for deficiency of vitamin D also that is very common with Women
