Now my second baby pregnancy and i am 6 month complete pregnancy and my 1st baby is cesarean her age is 3 years now….. and now i have back pain too much

A. good morning there are many yoga exercises available to reduce the problem of back pain and strengthen the back I would recommend you to try those apart from that it is advisable to take proper supplements
