Q.

My baby girl 13 months old is suffering from cold and fever, giving her paracetamol but fever gets coming back.... please help

A. Thank u so much for your response sir. How much quantity should I give medicine to 13 months baby. And can montelukest levocetrizine be given for cold with paracetamol or cetrizine. or any other antibiotic with paracetamol please suggest.

A. Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetacfmol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations. cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
