Baby suffering from fever last two days if gage paracetamol fever settles for next 5 hrs and again fever coming what to do

A. fever is repeatedly coming again and again follow the observing doctor your pediatrician monitor temperature at regular intervals you can use Babyhug thermometer keep baby well hydrated increase the water intake water helps in maintaining body temperature
