Q.

My baby is suffering from fever and running nose from last 2 days. Fever is coming and going. I used paracetamol drops 1ml twice a day

A. dear mom stick to good home remedies like steam inhalation, apply baby vicks on his chest back and bottom of feet, use nasal saline drops. consult your doctor in case of continuous fever
