Q.
my baby is suffering from fever from last 1 day and she is 16 months old i have given crocin paracetamol but fever is coming again and again. please suggest further

BhawnaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. Meftal P is good medicine if fever is higher than 101.consult your doctor for dose as every child dose is as per their weight.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. the first medicine will always be paracetamol and it is given according to weight and power of paracetamol medicine you are having.
give liquids and easily digestible food and paracetamol should be given only after food.
keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever
armpit temperature of hundred or morse is considered as fever
to body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and should be carried out for at least 20 minutes with normal temperature water.
higher mxedicines (ibugesic / meftal-p) whether required or not will be told by the doctor.
