Baby suffering from fever since morning. Given paracetamol 250 mg 3ml thrice a day still fever coming again

A. hi, give paracetamol in advice dose in every 4 tk 6 hrs. The child should also be encouraged to drink fluids to replace those lost through sweating. consult ur doctor if no improvement
