external products wont help much in this case.
also change in hairfall pattern will be visible only after 3 to 4 months once you improve diet.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. You should avoid it. use warm coconut oil massage weekly twice or thrice.. Also you can use almond oil and massage weekly twice or thrice. For better results you can combine both oils of equal quantity and massage hairs well Avoid frequent hair wash as it may damage the hair too.
