But actually it does help so if you do it at least for two months or so it will be very helpful for you because you know the vagina region has a lot of elastic city itself only and they say with perennial massage and with the regular usage of a good while it actually increases it more and it’s more convenient for you to have a normal delivery

Deepanjali RawatMom of a 11 m old boy2 weeks agoA. I have heard that it MAY reduce the discomfort during crowning but no proven results state that it can avoid tear. Also, in India, performing an episiotomy has become a standard practice. You should also talk to your doctor if you want to avoid it.
