Is it safe to eat cashew nuts and trail mixes during pregnancy?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear mum a handful of nuts should be consumed daily by a pregnant woman as these are sources of healthy fats protein fibre minerals trail mix may contain lot of sugary dry fruits so it is better to make the mixture yourself with more amount of nuts and less of dry fruits like raisins figs and dates
