how can I detect that I have twins in 5 week of pregnancy except untra sound I all the time feel dizziness is it sign of twin pregnancy

Who told you if you’re feeling busy dizziness that can be assigned for twins I don’t think so that you are feeling it right you are actually having some with conception and without an ultrasound you actually cannot determine whether it is doing or it’s a single or it’s triplets so better to get an ultrasound done
