Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Some babies get their teeth early and some wait until their first birthday to get their very first tooth. This is perfectly normal. There is no need to worry. If the baby does not get a single tooth by the time he or she turns 18 months old, then there is a need to contact a paediatric dentist or your doctor.
