Q.
for how many hours boiled apple puree can be stored in refrigerator? can I warm the puree while giving it to my baby?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. No no dear mon you should not boil the apple to make purée just choose a soft apple and grate it and feed the baby as baby is now 9 months old so stop steaming it boiling the apple as it looses its nutritional value
