Does the number of times a 4-month-old baby urinates decrease in summer? minimum number of pee should be?

A. At least 10 to 12 times per day should be there because it is summer or winter can be a possibility that feed may go down but still the amount of feed the child is going to be important as it is going to maintain hydration and due to that only the urine output would be good
